Terms & Conditions

Skyshot provides on-demand and scheduled photography, including drone operations for real estate, commercial, construction, and marketing purposes. Services are provided by drone pilots and professional photographers.

All deliverables (photos, videos, scans, etc.) are licensed solely for use in property marketing, sales, and rentals. Any legal, evidentiary, or unauthorized third-party use is strictly prohibited unless a separate written agreement is in place.

All content produced by Skyshot remains the sole intellectual property of Skyshot unless explicitly transferred through a written license agreement. Skyshot reserves the right to use any delivered content for marketing, advertising, social media, websites, promotional materials, and portfolio purposes.

Written requests must be submitted before or at the time of content delivery. Without such agreement, Skyshot retains full usage rights.

Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day or weekend bookings may incur additional fees.

Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours are subject to a fee equal to 25% of the service total.
If a property is inaccessible at the time of appointment, additional travel or return fees will apply.

Services may be canceled or postponed due to weather, restricted airspace, or safety concerns. We are not liable for delays caused by regulatory or environmental conditions.

Clients are responsible for:

• Property access and legal entry

• Complete and total preparation of the site (lighting, blinds, cleaning, staging, etc.)

• Ensuring safe flight conditions

• Ensuring the airspace is clear for drone operations

• Securing any required permits or authorizations

• Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in service delays or additional fees.

Files are delivered digitally.  It is the client’s responsibility to download and store files.

​

All services must be paid in full before or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Invoices are due upon receipt.

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skyshot, its employees, and contractors from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of:

 

• Client's misuse of media

• Unauthorized property access

• Violation of these Terms

• Negligent or illegal activity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jeeves Drones shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
